We start by getting to know you
When you join Butterfly Aura Care, we sit down and talk about you.
What support you need, when you want it, what your days look like, and what’s important to you.

We find the right support worker for you
You don’t need to search, interview, or worry about paperwork. We carefully find a support worker who suits you, and you always have a say. If it doesn’t feel right, that’s okay, we’ll find someone else. All our workers are vetted, screened, and hold the required checks, so you can feel safe and confident about who’s supporting you.

We organise all the scheduling for you
Once your support is set up, we take care of the schedule. If you need to change days or times, or an appointment pops up, you just let us know. We handle moving things around and organising workers; all you need to do is be ready when your support worker arrives.

We take the stress out of organising support
No chasing workers.
No juggling rosters.

We manage it all behind the scenes so your support feels smooth, reliable, and easy.

We take care of the NDIS billing for you
We handle all invoicing and NDIS claims on your behalf, making sure everything is done correctly and in line with NDIS guidelines.

We can organise extra help if you need it
If you need a cleaner, gardener, or handyman, we can help organise that too. We’ll handle the scheduling and coordination so you don’t have to worry about finding people or managing invoices.

We’re here if something needs to change
If a support worker isn’t the right fit or something isn’t working, just tell us. We’ll organise a replacement and make sure your supports continue without interruption. You won’t be left without support.

About Us

Butterfly Aura Care was created because I knew support could be better.
I’ve seen how easily people can feel lost in large, impersonal systems, especially when support feels rushed, inconsistent, or disconnected. With family members who live with disabilities, I’ve heard those frustrations up close, and I knew that wasn’t how care should feel.

So I chose to do things differently. By staying intentionally small, we’re able to slow down, really listen, and take the time to understand each person beyond their plan. We thoughtfully match support workers and manage the day-to-day details.

Independence isn’t one-size-fits-all and it shouldn’t be treated that way. We focus on what matters to you, supporting your choices, your pace, and your goals. Butterfly Aura Care is for people who want to feel genuinely seen and heard, with a team they can trust — one that puts people first, always.
